Victaulic FireLock FL-QR/SW (V3410) Quick Response Horizontal Sidewall Fire Sprinkler Head

This Victaulic FL-QR/SW White Quick Response Horizontal Sidewall Fire Sprinkler features a glass bulb activating at 155F (68C) with an 8.0 K-Factor, and 3/4 in. NPT threads. Each sidewall head features a brass frame and bronze deflector. The manufacturer part number is S342CCQ540, and the Sprinkler Identification Number (SIN) is V3410. In 2019, Victaulic purchased fire sprinkler company Globe. The Globe Equivalent to this sprinkler is GL8127.

Using a heat-activated glass bulb assembly, this automatic fire sprinkler opens when ambient temperatures reach 155F (68C), drenching the area surrounding a fire to keep it in its place of origin. For recessed sidewall application, refer to data sheet for installation with the Victaulic V34 Recessed Escutcheon.

Each FL-QR/SW sprinkler is made by Victaulic, a global leader in fire-suppression products. This horizontal sidewall fire sprinkler head maintains UL Listing.

The V3410 is a commercial sprinkler and is cULus listed for use when installed in accordance with NFPA 13 requirements for wet pipe sprinkler systems and designed for use in commercial occupancies. This sidewall sprinkler head has a maximum working pressure of 175 PSI (12.1 BAR) and connects to wet piping systems.

During installation be aware that over tightening will cause permanent damage to the 3/4 in. NPT threads and/or the fire sprinklers themselves. Use the manufacturer approved installation wrench and tighten to a maximum torque of 14 ft-lb (19 N-m). Refer to the data sheet for additional storage and installation information.

This 8.0K sprinkler features a white finish and a 155F (68C) temperature. Available finish options include Brass, Chrome, White, and Black. White Polyester Painted (White), and Flat Black Polyester Painted (Black) are UL Listed as corrosion resistant.
